• BSA Medical Form – New! 2009 BSA Med Form (Replaces old Class 1,2 and 3 health forms)
• Local Tour Permit – Tour Permit to be filed with Council for trips under 500 miles
• National Tour Permit – Tour Permit to be filed with Council for trips over 500 miles or trips outside the United States of America.
